服务极差的酒店不建议住

客户体验超级差，从入房到退房都差 1.位置在办公楼里不容易找 2.附近是三里屯这个是优点，也是缺点就是吵 3.房间里面很多是没有窗户，黑暗。 空气不好不流通 4.无故多收客人费用 5 未有服务意识只有转钱意识 6.在未确认发生问题后并且对客人大小声，主管根本就是流氓太可怕，解决问题能力极差，当确定是携程搞错后并未告知客户，把客户当傻子一大早打国际电话确认，柜台说携程搞错，酒店跟旅行社搞了一部闹剧耍客人太可笑了

Very trendy little gem

This hotel is interesting, trendy, reasonably nice and confusing, all in one. The location is odd, the name is actually different than what this listing shows; it's R-kiss now. Located in building 1 of the SOHO residential/shopping area, in the NW part of the SOHO area, on the 5th floor. Definitely not easy to find! Overall, the location is awesome for good restaurant options and "western" brand shopping. I would recommend this hotel, it was quite nice.

Terrible and poor.

I could not find this hotel! I walked around for 1 hr 45 minutes and couldn't find it, asked the police and they had no idea. The pictures of Uniqlo should be removed as this has nothing to do with the hotel. I later found out that the hotel was located behind the Intercontinental hotel and was not signposted in the slightest. I will be submitting a formal complaint and ask for my money back. I ended up paying approximately £250 at 2am rather than finding this hotel. Oh and the hotel I was told has a reputation to have slightly promiscuous visitors, ladies of the night if you please.
