Please don’t let the photo fool you.is totally nothing like that. 1st of all the room is very dirty the floor is sandy the room is very smelly. The front desk staff is not helpful at all. The toilet and the bathroom is chocked, totally horrible

very friendly staff owner brother took us on a little tour guide in beijing, for a hald day showed us around . very good restaurant in the hotel too amazing dumplings.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Please do not stay in this place. I didn’t Listen to the reviews but they are true. The staff doesn’t speak English and will hang up on you if you call them for anything because they can’t help you. I had a horrible experience in this place. They checked me in without me being there and when I got there, they have sold my room to another person!! I was very tired and upset at 3am without a room. Hotels.com tried calling them to asked them what was going on and all they told the rep was “sorry don’t speak English”!!! After a while, some people left and in 5 min they supposedly cleaned the room and gave it to us! We didn’t want to touch anything and slept with our clothes on. The bed was harder than the floor and the room was super cold!!

Old and unclean. Water was leaking in our bathroom.. lukcily we just stayed there since it was close to airport for one night. Other rooms had ramen and soda, we just had water. Staff could not tell us why.

The hands down FILTHIEST hotel I have ever seen! If it weren’t 11 PM upon check in, I would have left without hesitation. The bathroom was filthy, no toilet paper provided, VERY rude staff, the floors were coated in years worth of dust and dirt, window broken, bed was as hard as a rock, no legitimate pillows...the list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE !

All I wanted was a decent 8-hr sleep between flights, but it turned out to be too much to ask. The room was right next to some sort of airplane cleaning/maintenance lot, where you could constantly hear all sorts of sounds you usually expect to hear from a mechanics shop. This seemed to go on 24/7. On top of that, I booked non-smoking room, but was nevertheless given a smoking room. I seriously doubt if they have a non-smoking room because the entire hotel smelt smoke, with people including hotel staffs (yes, staffs) were smoking in the lobby. The bed sheet was clean, but the rest of the room was too filthy to even touch. Only thing positive about this hotel was its shuttle to and from the terminal. I should have stayed at the airport, saving all the trouble going through the customs and security checkpoints.

Very convenient to airport with free shuttle service. My room was on noisy road and they quickly switched rooms for me. I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel was in an industrial area with lease plan cars scattered everywhere in the front entrance. Staff didn't care what we had to say and they tried charging us 100 quid for room keys deposit. They retracted that when I told them I didn't take out that much money to pay for anything else. Room was so, so strange with a big glass window looking straight into the bathroom? Anyway I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone who wants a decent place to sleep for a night or two. Lucky enough we only stayed for 8 hours in total.

Surroundings: not good, dirty property and streets, within walking distance to airport terminal 1 Car Parking: not applicable Check-in: slow, delayed (difficulty finding reservation) card not key Room: quiet, modern, 2 rooms with 3 beds but was in need of a good cleaning; AC nice and cold, no tissues in the room, free water bottles in fridge Bathroom: again spacious like the room but in need of a good cleaning, water hot and pressure good but shower drain clogged repeatedly, generous toiletries provided, bath-sized towels Breakfast: inexpensive but high quality stuff (the unexpectedly delicious breakfast is what made this a 'pleasing' overall experience) Miscellaneous: even though 3rd guest fee was pre-paid, breakfast was only free for 2.

Cigarette Smoke Shrouded Hotel The one good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the airport, and has a prompt airport shuttle. Other than that, the hotel is rather run-down, the furniture worn, and the whole hotel stank of cigarette smoke. The employees openly smoked in the corridors and lobby, although there are no-smoking signs posted, in Chinese and English.

Upon arrival in our room we experienced the worst smell making it difficult to sleep. We believe the carpets had just been cleaned and they were still wet and stinky. The beds were hard and breakfast for 31 rmb was disappointing. However, indeed it was only a 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport terminal 2 and the shuttle was conveniently found. The phone number listed in Expedia was not accurate and I could not get through to them to inform of our late arrival. So we experienced this hotel's advantages and disadvantages.

the staff barely speak english. it was difficult for communication from comprehension and verbal. pros goggle translate was our solution. cons its a hassle and frustrating that a big city citizens running a business can not properly communicate.

Quite a old hotel, but ok for stopover for flight transit. Paid for room with breakfast price, but was told by night counter staff no breakfast given. Upon check out next day morning, just to double check on this doubt, the day shift staff told it was mistaken by night shift staff. No refund or any kind of compensation was given by the hotel. Felt not worth for the value paid.

Very noisy and dirty hotel
Let me start with the positive. It's right at the airport and the pickup is prompt, but the hotel conditions are pretty bad. The whole building has a weird smell, and my room was not cleaned well. The faucet and shower head are dirty, there were no complimentary toiletries. There was a soap dispenser but it was empty.

Eine Katastrophe
Die Bilder täuschen über den Zustand des Hotels hinweg. Gebucht war mit Frühstück, leider konnte man die Dame am Empfang nicht von der Buchung überzeugen. Also Frühstück bezahlt und nicht bekommen. Die Matratze hätte man ohne Komfortverluste gegen eine Spannplatte austauschen können.Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster, entsprechend muffig war es. W-LAN funktionierte nicht. Für ein Hotel direkt am Flughafen, sollte am eigentlich eine zweisprachige Beschreibung erwarten. Sämtliche Hinweise in dem Zimmer waren auf chinesisch. Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder!
