Disliked: Staff & service
Bad, bad, very Bad !
Of all the hotels ever I have booked through hotels.com, this turned out to be the worst choice ever. Poor reception (pretended to not knowing english), not finding the online booking in their record, making to wait for almost an hour at reception, No free map or guidance of city at reception, clogged sink in the room....... Very horrible experience, a nightmare!
Had an occasion to stay for two nights, by a gap of a day since we travelled to another province in between. The check in at odd hours was handled efficiently. The staff at restaurant and reception were very helpful. The rooms are small but comfy. necessities are supplied. The pricing is also value for money.
Reasonable value for the money paid. Breakfast was overpriced in relation to local prices. WiFi in the rooms didn't function despite notice that it would. Difficult to cool the room down on hot days. Weirdly. Facebook is not available! Otherwise friendly helpful staff and good food/rooms.
