我們在Expedia上訂房後要求線上刷卡付款。但在check in時要求現場在付一筆相同金額的住宿費，口頭告知線上付款的會再刷退；但是都已經過一個禮拜了、到現在Expedia線上刷卡付款的都還沒刷退、且被信用卡公司出帳了！請處理這個重複扣款的問題。

大門非常難找，基本是一般小區的民宅，前台要跟民宅外面的警衛詢問，他幫忙開門後才能進去找到。服務台人員親切有禮，房間內容還不錯，但沙發有點髒。雖然有烹煮設備，但是沒有任何鍋碗瓢盆筷子湯匙等物品。

靠近清華大學。臨近生活機能圈。房間裡就有簡易廚房 可以做簡單料理。很棒。另外,地理位置處於安靜小區內,夜晚安靜 走路不到十五分鐘就到清華校園跟五道口商圈,方便
