Llevo alquilando esta casa varios años, su ubicación es excelente, si surge algún problema como suele pasar en casas grandes me lo resuelven de manera eficaz, hemos pasado veranos muy felices aquí.. casa muy practica por su distribución y gran espacio, jardín y piscina espectacular… este tipo de propiedad no se encuentra fácilmente en la costa brava por eso hemos repetido siempre

La zona de la piscina y todos los espacios comunes de la villa Las habitaciones y los colchones, con el precio que se cobra la expectativa es tener aire acondicionado en verano y un colchón en el que se pueda dormir bien, las habitaciones de arriba son sinceramente muy incómodas

Maison de standing mais avec défauts

La maison est très belle et très bien agencée en plus d'être posée sur un terrain bien entretenu avec arbres fruitiers. Mais quelques bémols gênants quand vous louez a ce tarif. Piscine fatiguée (liner sale, contours en bois cassés), problème d'électricité (coupures générales intempestives), lave-vaisselle en défaut, clim dans certaines chambres uniquement (2). Plusieurs mails à l'agence avant qu'un électricien passe et sans succès. On a l'impression que tout a été mis dans le visuel au détriment du détail. Dommage
