New ground-floor maisonette just 20 minutes from the beaches, featuring: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, multifunction microwave, electric hobs, dishwasher and coffee maker, a bathroom with walk-in shower, suspended toilet and washbasin. The living room offers a sofa bed, dining table, TV and coffee table. Enjoy your own private terrace with outdoor lounge, table, four chairs for dining outside, and a barbecue. Parking is available in front of the property, which is located in a quiet area with no overlooking neighbors. You have access to a 12 x 6 m swimming pool from 10:00 to 20:00 and a pétanque court, all set on a 1.4-hectare plot. Bed linen, towels, breakfast, and cleaning service are available for an extra fee.
