"Location was perfect for getting the Cape May/Lewes ferry. Hotel was clean & staff was efficient. We have been traveling for 2 weeks & this breakfast was way beyond any other one. Clean, fresh & tasty & attendant was attentive and filling dishes before they ran out."

"The surfaces, floor and linens in the room appeared clean, but there was mold in the air conditioner/heat unit and also in the freezer section of the mini fridge. There were no smoking signs on most of the doors in the hallway near our room and the hallway stank of marijuana. Overall, it was ok for sleep but because of the mold, I wouldn’t plan to be staying inside the room all day. "

From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional and relaxing. My suite, complete with a beautiful koi pond and a serene outdoor patio, was exactly what the doctor ordered. Sitting outside and listening to the gentle water while enjoying the peaceful surroundings was a highlight of my stay. Inside, the fireplace created a cozy, inviting ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the adults-only (18+) policy, which added to the calm and tranquil atmosphere. The location is another major plus, being near the beach and within a short drive of Lewes Beach and the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk makes it ideal. Plus, charming spots like 1812 Memorial Park and the Cannonball Museum are just a short walk away, along with restaurants and the fisherman’s wharf. I personally opted for a relaxing night in with takeout via Uber Eats, which fit the vibe perfectly. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything you need refrigerator, microwave, private balcony or patio, and a comfortable setup with a flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathrooms felt elevated with designer toiletries, and everything was impeccably clean. The property itself offers great amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, sauna, and even a cozy fireplace in the lobby. "

"My friends came to celebrate my birthday at the beach. The waterfront views are incredible. The house was clean and spacious, feeling like staying at a resort. We found the extras like the martini shaker, different cocktail glasses, beach chairs were lovely to have at our fingertips. The elevator made not only loading luggage and groceries easier, but also was nice for guests who weren’t as comfortable with stairs. The town of Lewes was so cute to shop and walk through, with so many choices of restaurants open in March was a nice surprise compared to other NJ beach towns. We hope to make this a regular gathering place."
