Overview

Situated overlooking the famous Mont Ventoux in the quaint hamlet of Les Pousse Chiens, this impeccable fully equipped, 3 bed / 6 person gite with swimming pool is the perfect base to explore the gorgeous Provençal countryside.

Surrounded by vineyards, cherry tree orchards and the stunning sights, sounds and smells of Provence, there is no shortage of activities here to while away the hours.

Take a walk or short drive in to the local village of Bedoin to pick up supplies in the local market - one of the biggest in the region, soak up the scenery and history on foot with a picnic or walk, or for the more adventurous, follow in the tracks of many famous cyclists with a trip up the most famous stage of the Tour de France - Mont Ventoux!

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus für Provence Liebhaber

Das Haus liegt ca. 2km von Bedoin entfernt und ist Teil eines alten Weilers (mehrere zusammengebaute Häuser). Das Haus ist komplett renoviert mit modernen Bädern und Glasfaseranschluss (Streamen über WLAN kein Problem). Es liegt in einer tollen Umgebung. Vom Pool blickt man direkt in Olivenwiesen und auf den Hausberg Mt. Ventoux. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick in den nächtlichen Sternenhimmel. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 30 Min in Bedoin aber auch mit dem Auto kein Problem es gibt genügend Parkplätze (wenn es mal voll ist gibt es am Jardin Public immer noch was) . Dort gibt es alles was man braucht Bäcker, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Weinkellerei und immer Montags einen tollen provenzialischen Markt einmal durch die ganze Stadt. Die nächste Tankstelle ist 8 Min entfernt in Saint-Pierre-de-Vassols am Kreisel. Da gibt es auch einen größeren Supermarkt. In der Region wird es einem nicht langweilig, es gibt tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Vaison-la-Romaine, Mt. Ventoux, Wanderung in Schluchten z.B. Toulourenc, Nesque (trocken und auch im Fluss), Sault, Abbaye Notre-Dame de Sénanque ... und natürlich Mitte Juni bis August der blühende Lavendel. Wir kommen wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Blick auf den Mont Ventoux

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung. Bedoin fussläufig in 30 Minuten zu erreichen, ganz nah an der D974 gelegen. Für Radfahrer ideal gelegen. Privater Pool mit Liegen und Essplatz mit Blick auf einen Olivenhain und dem Mont Ventoux. Kommunikation mit den privaten Vermietern unkompliziert. Kann man nur empfehlen.

heerlijk uitzicht

Perfect om te fietsen en daarna uit te rusten. alle voorzieningen aanwezig (vaatwas, wasmachine,...) spectaculair uitzicht op de Mt. ventoux vanop het terras en balkon. vriendelijke huiseigenaars.

Fantastische uitvalsbasis voor het beklimmen van de Ventoux! om daarna terug te keren in de rust en te ontspannen in het heerlijke zwembad met een perfect uitzicht. echt een aanrader!

Aan de voet van Mont Ventoux

Wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad, mooie ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. De woonkamer is niet groot maar wij hebben voornamelijk buiten gezeten op het terras bij het zwembad met een schitterend uitzicht of voor de woning. Het zwembad is alleen toegankelijk voor de huurders van de woning. Wij waren er voornamelijk voor het fietsen, deze woning diende als perfecte locatie, je kan via de straat zo de berg oprijden. Supermarkt is op nog geen 5 min rijden met de auto net als het dorp. De eigenaars van de woning zijn erg aardig en wonen schuin tegenover de woning. Eris voldoende parkeerplaats aan het begin van de straat.

Nice house and location

We had a good time . Place is very clean and quiet and walking distance to all restaurants in Bedoin. Great fir hiking and bicycle riding. Any issues or questions the owner was very quick to respond.

Accueil chaleureux- attentionné et gîte bien équipé, bien meublé et très propre

Gîte rénové avec soin, 3 belles chambres, un séjour / cuisine agréable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Un poêle à bois ( en plus du chauffage traditionnel) qui permet en hiver une ambiance chaude et originale. Des attentions de la part des hôtes qui font plaisir. Une belle situation pour le vélo, mais aussi pour les randonnées pédestres. Les dentelles de Montmirail sont à voir, le Mont Ventoux offre des possibilités de ballades par tous les vents, et à ne pas manquer les ocres de Mormoiron, peu connues mais impressionnantes pour ceux qui aiment sortir des sentiers battus. A découvrir...

Amazing house and hostess!

We spent 6 nights with friends from the Netherlands in Flavie and Guillaume's house in Bedoin. Flavie was an amazing hostess, very kind and extremely helpful. If you are planning a trip to France/Mont Ventoux, we highly recommend booking your stay in this house. The swimming pool and bbq with a view on the top of the mont ventoux was magical and the house itself was very nice and very well equipped. Flavie speaks a little bit English and with google-translate we managed to fill the gaps between our French and their English. Our holiday was perfect and we very much look forward to visiting Bedoin again!!

Un cadre fabuleux face au mont ventoux maison toute rénovée très fonctionnelle équipée de A a Z coin jardin piscine et les propriétaires a votre écoute et très disponibles de plus très sympathiques nous avons pris le petit déjeuner très copieux ...Séjour approuvé et a renouveler.
