Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte.

Check in was very efficient, however, failed to mention additional charges (tourist tax and another), which was charged to the card at check-out. Suggest to double check your invoice as they tend to double charge you for drunks (at the bar and putting on your room's tab as well). Breakfast was ok, ...

Lovely Apartment, helpful host
We stayed for 7 days at the apartment , Patrick was helpful with regards of places to visit , the apartment was clean and modern. although there was no Aircon , there were plenty of fans, and with the metal blinds we were able to keep the apartment cool when we went out for the day .
