"This property was truly amazing! Everything was pristine and looked brand new. We felt very private and safe. The clubhouse and pool were well cared for and well planned out. We liked that it was walking distance from the house. Every detail was perfect including the softness of the towels. With 4 adults and 5 kids this was a dream! We will be rebooking in this community, and Deerly Loved lived up to its names."

"I wanted to love this cabin based on prior reviews. However, they didn't have pictures showing that the cabin is now in the middle of a construction zone! We got there 30 min early ( the hosts excuse for it not being ready) The bathroom door was ripped off the hinges and wouldn't close. Took 3 days for someone to even look at it. Someone came to "repair" it. But it still wouldn't even close. The host wanted us to use the bath house on the property instead of being able to use the one in the cabin that we paid for. There were dirty towels left hanging from previous guests and it took 2 days for someone to retrieve them. One bed had no linens. There was no internet all week and I could not work. The host kept making promises to make everything right, but it was never done. If you close the door to the back bedroom for any length if time, it smells like mildew. It is definitely not a queen bed in the bedroom. It is a full size mattress sitting on a queen box spring. We took our shoes off outside of the door and the floor turned our feet black on the first day (assuming it was never mopped). I've never left a review like this before and feel bad for doing so. It was just a terrible experience for us. If I hadn't paid in full, we most certainly would have left. The host offered no remedies or compensation."

"Actually we were very disappointed with the property. Hooks and paper roll were coming off the wall, cracks in the wall, no stopper in sink, no working tv stations without membership, paint job is terrible, no black out curtains so outside light shone in all night. 95% of the time there were no employees. Will not return."
