"The price was perfect and the overnight stay was spot on. You get what you pay for. Room is spacious and bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was coffee and a muffin and that is disclosed so if you're expecting more, you're not gonna get it. Overall, it was a perfect stay"

"Our group had an absolutely amazing time staying at Tony’s property! Such a beautiful place in an incredible area, and honestly, a great spot to get away, relax, and spend some quality time with friends and family.The property itself was fantastic! Everything was very clean, well maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place in great condition, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.A huge shoutout to Tony as well! His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy for our group, which we really appreciated.The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi connection. It wasn’t the strongest, so we weren’t able to stream anything on the TV. Definitely something that could be improved, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience!Aside from that, we genuinely had a wonderful stay and made some great memories together. Beautiful property, amazing surroundings, and a fantastic host!Thank you again, Tony, for having us! We’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would definitely consider coming back in the future!"

"The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful, overlooking the Rideau Canal. Unfortunately, evening dining was not available on site but there was a lovely pub/bistro 10 minutes drive away."

"Over all, very nice cabin well prepared for the guests with all that we needed. This water front property is quiet and very private surrounded by trees with just steps to the lake. Unfortunately fishing was not good at all maybe just the time of the year or low water levels."

"This is a difficult review to write, and I needed to wait a while after my stay to make sure it was fair to the owners. Let me say, that for a cozy cabin get-away, without having to get away, a weekend to unplug from your devices and enjoy the wildlife and nature and a short trip to Westport than this is your listing. Unfortunately, the pictures of the property are, in my opinion, rather dishonest. The first few pictures are not even of the cabin we stayed in. Other pictures do not accurately depict how small the space actually is, and even has pictures of what I assume is the property owners house. If you quickly browse the listing like I did, you will be dissapointed. But if you read through the lengthy description of the property details it is not like they tried to hide anything, but I need to dock points on accuracy of the listing for the pictures, making the space appear larger.During our stay our internet was spotty, you could use it to view E-mails but videos would be a challange. Property owners were VERY NICE. 2 cats and a dog on the property were also very friendly."
