"THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!-Perfect location to the best restaurants and places to explore-Extremely well stocked-Amazing waterfront with beach access, dock, boat, and beautiful nature-Clean clean clean!-All TVs, appliances, and electronics are modern and work great-The beds are incredibly comfortable and we slept so well! The kids loved the sturdy, easy climb, bunk beds-Two full baths with excellent water pressure and hot water-Spotless, modern Weber grill was a joy to use-Plenty of yard space for kids to run around along with excellent privacy-Oversized garage for parking anythingMost importanly, Harry and Gertrude are lovely, wonderful people who truly care about all the details. Couldn't recommend this place enough simply because of how attentive to detail they are, and how much they care about your family having a great time. RENT FROM THEM!"

"The property is beautifully positioned on the lake, you have privacy and great views. The house itself was well equipped, clean, with lots of space for family and friends. We can’t wait to go back.! "

"We stayed only two nights of our 4 night stay. We evacuated the next morning both my wife and I became ill . With congestion, watering eyes and nausea. A distinct oder of septic gas was prevent. Upon awaking in the morning I felt as if I had slept in a septic pit. The pungent Oder remain in my nostrils after leaving this place. Ther is an unsealed septic storage holding tank below the bedroom accessed by a trap door, I texted NHStay and told them we were evacuating this cottage and requested a refund of two nights without a response. I am an architect and pledged to preserve heath, saftey and welfare of the public. This place should not be rented to anyone given this condition it is a health violation! Enough to make me report this to the state of NH. I agin request a refund of two nights. "

"Came across this little gem on a last minute booking, and we are so glad we did! Jane and Wayne were excellent hosts, meeting us upon our arrival and providing us with everything we needed for a great week on the lake. The locationIs perfect. Walk out sandy beach and if you like to fish, there are many coves to explore located within a short distance by boat. We caught plenty of largemouth, smallmouth, & rock bass. House was clean.With plenty of seating outside and inside in the event of bad weather to play games, have family style dinners or just watch the sunset through the nice large living room picture window overlooking the lake. If you're looking for crystal clear waterIn a private pristine location, you won't be disappointed we've already rebooked for next year!"
