Open-plan equipped kitchen (2 induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator). Mid-height dining area with four stools.
Bathroom with 1.20x0.90m shower, toilet, and washing machine.
A separate bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed (high-density mattress) overlooking the tree-lined terrace.

Private gravelled outdoor area with garden furniture.
Private parking for one vehicle.
Private access to the wellness area, consisting of a 10x4m heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. This area is not overlooked. Shower room with WC dedicated to the wellness area.
