Appartement Duplex Dans une Ancienne Usine

  • Welcome to this duplex accommodation entirely created in 2022 in our former flour mill. Quiet on the banks of the Evre being 5 minutes from amenities. The accommodation is ideally located 20 minutes from Cholet, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 30 minutes from Clisson (Helfest) and Ancenis, 45 minutes from Nantes and Angers and the famous Puy du Fou park. It is located on the 3rd floor (without lift) of the building with access by coded box.

    The accommodation is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle) open to the living room with TV and comfortable sofa bed.
    A first bedroom with dressing room and double bed 140x190 + 1 single bed drawer. Shower room with jets and separate toilet.
    Access to the mezzanine via the old miller's ladder to an office space and a 2nd bedroom with double bed 160x200.
    Bed linen and shower linen are provided.

Très bon séjour dans les Mauges

Location parfaite pour notre séjour. Nous sommes une famille avec 3 ados.Logement très propres et équipement au top.Nous avons aimez redécouvrir le « 1000 bornes » qui fait parti des jeux à disposition.Je recommande ce logement.
