"This is very definitely a budget hotel. Very cheap and very basic. The air conditioning unit didn't work, but the TV did. The beds were a little lumpy but the linen was clean. The toilet/shower pod was showing its age but was clean and everthing worked. It really was just a place to rest our heads on a long journey so it was as expected."

"Stayed here for a few nights. The room was clean and the the staff were friendly and efficient. They kindly made Vegetarian meals especially as there was not much choice on the menu for Vegetarians. The non vegetarian menu changed daily and the quality of the food was good. "

"We spent three nights at the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Vichy. The experience was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and up-to-date. We booked a junior suite, which was lovely. Evening cocktails in the beautiful bar were beautifully served. Our spa treatments were excellent and the facilities are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!"

"Great location , secure parking at a reasonable price. Breakfast was nice, bit of a pain having no restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you can find them through the warren of streets. When we were there Vichy was like a giant building site so took a while to get out but that is no fault of the hotel."

"There is nothing wrong with this quiet hotel with a secure car park and easy access to the city. However, the sanctimonious claptrap written on the notice, to save them the cost of room cleaning is very iritating: "I am eco responsible do not clean my room.""

"At the reception it looked like they did not like to talk other languages then French. The showers where far away from the rooms, there was no soap at the sink in the room and also not a towel "

"Perfect for an overnight en route stay. Very quiet considering it’s so close to the motorway. Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfy bed and adequate bathroom facilities so would definitely stay again. "

"What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again. "

"Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was a good selection with all you need. Room is spacious, charming and clean.The ev chargers were a bonus. All staff very helpful and friendly (and speak great English!)."
