Located in the Pays de Bray, in the village of Beaumont-le-Hareng, you’ll have access to all the shops in Saint-Saens (6 km). Halfway between Dieppe and Rouen, you can easily reach the coast or take a day trip to the “City of a Hundred Steeples.” You’ll appreciate the peaceful setting, the unobstructed view of nature stretching as far as the eye can see, and the opportunity to go hiking in the nearby Eawy Forest. Cottage on the ground floor (ground floor unoccupied): - Entryway leading to an open-concept living area, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, gas burners, built-in oven, refrigerator with freezer, drip coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, deep fryer...) opening onto the living/dining room with TV and dining table (extendable), - Small bedroom for 1–2 people with a 140x190cm bed and TV, - Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, - Large family bedroom with 2 160x200cm beds and a sitting area with a sofa, ottomans, and TV. Outdoors: patio furniture with a barbecue, pétanque court, swing set, trampoline, and ping-pong table, as well as lounge chairs. Access to the spacious garden with fruit trees (7,000 m²).
