This accommodation is ideal for exploring the natural and cultural heritage of the Vendée, including the Historial de la Vendée (9.8 km), the Logis de la Chabotterie (12 km), the castle and lake of Apremont (18 km), and the town center of La Roche-sur-Yon (25 km). For a coastal excursion, the nearest beaches are those of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (41 km). This cottage consists of a living/dining room/kitchen on the ground floor, and a mezzanine bedroom on the attic floor, equipped with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom/WC. Outside, you will have a private terrace with garden furniture, a gas grill, and deckchairs. You will also have access, shared with the owners, to a large plot of land where you can observe two orchards, a pond near which there is a beehive, as well as our country animals: chickens, a rooster, and cows grazing part of the year.

The accommodation is adjoining the owners' home and is located near a cattle farm. Access to the cottage is via a paved road.
