Stylish contemporary chalet located 1 km from the slopes of the family resort of Arêches (3 km from cross-country trails). Very quiet, residential hamlet nestled on the "East" hillside overlooking the village & valley. Pleasant, unspoilt natural setting on the edge of meadows & forests. Very comfortable. Warm, contemporary mountain style. Panoramic balcony. Vast natural grounds (ideal playground for children in winter and summer). Splendid panoramic views over the massif. Magnificent landscape. Close to shops and services. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning, to be booked with the owners on arrival.



2 gîtes in a chalet that also includes the owners' vacation home (small, totally independent studio on the first floor). Triplex gîte. Shared entrance from first floor or from outside directly to living area. Level 1: hallway + living room (flat-screen TV). Level 2: fitted kitchen + living room with access to private terrace. Separate WC. Shower room. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190cm). Level 3: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200cm + 1 crib / 4 single beds). Separate WC. WIFI internet connection. South-facing terrace with garden furniture. Sheets included + beds made + household linen included. Washing machine + tumble dryer shared with 2nd gîte. Total floor area (including attic): 78 m².
