On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single trundle beds), bathroom (shower), WC, games room with table football. On the 1st floor: living room, lounge and kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (bathtub), WC. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds and 3 single beds), bathroom (shower + WC). Total floor area: 176 m² including attic areas. Balcony + terrace + natural land (partly sloping). Wood to be paid directly to the owner. Traditional family chalet 6 km from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant ski area & 8 km from the family resort of Arèches. Charming typical hamlet. Quiet residential area. South hillside. Pleasant preserved natural setting of meadows. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Very cozy and spacious. Balcony and terrace on one level. Natural land. Magnificent panorama on the massif. Family chalet 6km from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant ski area and its 190km of slopes. 8km from the charming family resort of Arêches. Nordic cross-country skiing site in the heart of the Bersend countryside 8km away. Many other reference ski areas nearby: Hauteluce-ValJoly/Contamines-Montjoie at the foot of Mont-Blanc at 11km. 14km from the Olympic resort of Les Saisies and its world-renowned Nordic site. In the heart of Beaufortain, a real little Savoyard "tyrol". Ideal for winter and summer skiing, hiking and cycling on several massifs (Beaufortain, Val d'Arly, Tarentaise, Aravis...). Many mythical passes! 3km from the commercial town of Beaufort, capital of the famous AOC cheese (all amenities on site including leisure centre).
