"The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the location is close to everything. The only thing they should improve is the cleanliness in the pool area; there were plastic cups in the pool, and the floor where the sun loungers are located had mud between the bricks."

"We stayed at the Hyatt Centric San Juan - Isla Verde for 5 days. Super clean and modern hotel. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The only down side was the maid staff were not super engaging and they forgot to clean our room one day even though we removed the sign. We called the front desk (they are super helpful) and asked if the cleaning person could remove our garbage and provide us another bathmat. They forgot to bring the bathmat, and when they came to collect the garbage they asked where it was located instead of coming in and looking for themselves. The front lobby had a lobby bar, espresso bar, restaurant and just around the corner from the elevators you could access the pool and hot tub. The front staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a kiosk in the lobby where you can book excursions, which we found very helpful since we love to explore the island. The hotel is also located in a very good area. There is a pharmacy/corner store down the street that is open 24/7 and is helpful if you need anything. There are other fast food chains very close by in case you need a quick meal. I loved how the beach was also down the street and very easy to get to."

"My son became ill on our flight from SJU to JFK, so the plane returned to SJU. We were taken to San Jorge Hospital. My mother found your hotel, loved the upgraded appearance, the fact that breakfast was an option, and your being located in the airport. She booked 1 night stay, and then when we received my son's diagnosis and were told we had to stay an additional 3 days, my mom extended our stay. My only complaint was the air conditioning was broken for 2 days. My room was great, the staff was kind, the Latin restaurant was outstanding, the gym came in handy for my husband, and I loved the fact that I was able to use the laundry room for free, especially since the prolonged stay was out of our hands. Overall, I was truly impressed with your hotel."
