"Carpet was dirty, Host was great. We rented his boat also and when we got there it was a little less then 3/4 of a tank of gas. We left the boat full. Family enjoyed the bond fire everynight. Plenty of Kitchen utensils and dishes. Beds and sheets could have been better. All instructions and rules were clear."

"Perfect spot for a home base to attend a wedding in downtown Walloon Lake. It was within walking distance of downtown. Also a quick, easy trip over to Petoskey. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time by the water, mountain biking and road biking. Second cabin was great for two families."

"We loved the back porch and the dock as we rented a super gorgeous and fun pontoon boat and could easily dock it right there! The sunsets were amazing! Location a ten!!! The place was beautifully decorated and updated bathrooms so pretty and strong water pressure-:) easy parking and the kitchen was fully stocked and easy to find everything! My family and I had an absolute ball. Great yard and fun beach w all the toys- highly recommend! Cozy fun and great for families "
