"The hosts were very attentive to our needs and communicated efficiently. Would've loved if the hot tub was ready for us when we got there. It was 54 degrees and took a full 24 hours to heat up. The grandkids were pretty sad about that. Everything else was fantastic. Also, the house is equipped with everything you could ever need. The kitchen is well-stocked with several appliances and lots of plates and silverware. "

"We loved this house! The beds were amazing—tons of room for everyone, beautiful views, ping pong and pool downstairs, and the most extensive gaming system I have ever seen. I didn’t know how it worked but it kept so many teenagers and kids entertained when we had some downtime. There is an electric car charging station in the garage which was also handy. We loved the huge windows-the house was light and bright. Plenty of area in the kitchen and deck for huge groups to eat dinner. Almost every bedroom had a bathroom close to it so several families could have separate spaces. Great for a family reunion. "

Not one complaint , it was the nicest area , safe , well maintained & spacious. The kitchen was clean & had all we needed for cooking & accommodating our family of 20 . Easy access to North Beach & Garden City. We had 4 vehicles & a boat, parking was perfect . Loved the deck both morning & night ! Thank you for helping make a great family trip epic! "

"Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved this place! It’s HUGE, has an incredible view, has so much to do, was very clean, comfortable beds, high quality…everything! The only things to be aware of - the upstairs did get very warm & we couldn’t lower the thermostat any lower than 74 degrees. Downstairs was much cooler. Also, you do need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, foil, plastic wrap, spices or anything like that. The kitchen is super great with cookware & also labeling where it all is. We’d 100% stay here again!"
