"We stayed as part of a ladies weekend! Everyone in our group thought the house was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space and bathrooms for all. The hot tub was a big plus and the view was absolutely gorgeous. We'd totally stay again and felt it would be a great option to come back with the kids."

"Such a beautiful home, property, and location! It was easy to find, close to everything we wanted to do, and had a spectacular view. It was also clean and well-stocked with all the basic things we needed--from garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, pater towels and even shampoo &conditioner in all bathrooms. "We loved this house! The beds were amazing—tons of room for everyone, beautiful views, ping pong and pool downstairs, and the most extensive gaming system I have ever seen. I didn’t know how it worked but it kept so many teenagers and kids entertained when we had some downtime. There is an electric car charging station in the garage which was also handy. We loved the huge windows-the house was light and bright. Plenty of area in the kitchen and deck for huge groups to eat dinner. Almost every bedroom had a bathroom close to it so several families could have separate spaces. Great for a family reunion. "

"Pros to staying here: Big home, Amazing view, great location, lots of parking. Cons: Needed cleaning, No central air(80 degrees on main floor and in loft), Propane fire pit, Wasps everywhere (son-in-law got stung). Overall location was great but the house hadn't been properly cleaned prior to our arrival, we received the wrong code and couldnt get in for 30 minutes and the "20 acres" that were advertised weren't useable. We will definitely reurn to Bear Lake but stay somewhere else next time. "

"Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again."
