*New Beautiful Loft*

Beautiful, brand new loft. Full kitchen. Full bathroom. Washer and dryer. Unit is separate from the main cabin with its own entrance. This studio style apartment above the garage sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It has the most beautiful view of the lake in an enclosed deck off of the living room. This property was completed the summer of 2019. Right up the road features National Forest with hiking, snowmobile and ATV trails. Bear Lake marina is 7 minutes away. Garden city attractions is within 10-15 min. This is a beautiful location set on the mountain side of Fish Haven, Id. It is beautiful!

Beautiful property with amazing views!

The property was extremely clean and well thought out. We loved the view of Bear Lake and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would love to stay there again in the summer so we could enjoy more of the outdoor activities. The property manager communicated with us promptly and the check in was easy and private. Great property!

This is our second time staying here. We love the location and it’s newly built with all the amenities we need for our short stay. My favorite is the view. Watching the sunrise here is the absolute best.

This was a really cute, nice studio loft apartment. It was about equally close to the north and south beaches and about 10 minutes away from garden city. Really clean, host were easy to communicate. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay, Once Again!

We have loved staying here. Everything you need was available in the home for us. All the bedding smelled fresh & clean & the entire home was spotless. The view out the back patio is amazing. The big open entry allowed us to keep our beach stuff on the main level. Highly recommended!

Amazing loft

This beautiful loft was clean, organized, and had everything I needed for my overnight stay at Bear Lake. Beds were super comfortable, slept like a baby. The place was spotless. The view of the lake is stunning, and the location close to the shore is very convenient. Host was very communicative and friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful loft to anyone looking to visit the Bear Lake area.

Great spot for a small family.

Myself and my 2 girls enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for our quick stay. It’s not too far from north beach and not too far from garden city but wasn’t close to anything. Has the essentials but was lacking in amenities compared to some of the places our friends stayed but we didn’t spend much time there anyway.

Beautiful and quiet

This property was sparkling new and conveniently located near the finish line of the Bear 100 race. Less than 4 minute drive to Bear Lake, Golf and the token restaurant . Garden City a bit more happening but this location was great for us. The owner responded quickly and was more than helpful. My only complaint was lack of wi-fi but no where in the area had wi-fi 😂😂. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful view and lake. It’s serene and the perfect get away apartment.

Cozy Getaway!

This loft was perfect for my getaway! I went alone but I could easily see a small family being able to stay here. The loft was bright, airy and clean. Reading on the balcony all day with a gorgeous view of the lake was my objective and I got exactly what I wanted. It was only a few minutes from the marina, grocery store, beach and of course raspberry shakes-but far enough away to be surrounded by nature, peaceful and to feel private. I look forward to a return stay.

Beautiful location!

Beautiful location and perfect place to stay during our baseball tournament. The loft was new, beds were comfortable (pull out couch was what you’d expect of a pull out couch), full kitchen, clean and new, and beautiful view. Two cons were: No shampoo/conditioner were provided. We stay at a lot of vrbo’s so we weren’t expecting this and had to run into town to buy bathroom essentials. There was the tiniest bar soap and that was all that was supplied for the bathroom. Parking was tricky with other guests staying in the main home and so many cars in a narrow driveway. Instructions inside loft said to park on side of loft, but other instructions were given that that spot was for other guests. We would stay again for a quick getaway. It was just what we were looking for!

Beautiful views

We stayed at this property for one night driving from Yellowstone with this as a stop before we went to Salt Lake City. This rental property was amazing!! You can tell that the renovations are new, and the property is beautiful!!! The unit was tastefully decorated, and the gem is the balcony views!!! The sunrise was gorgeous to see!! About 5 minutes down the road driving was a fantastic crepe and coffee shop that we grabbed breakfast from to enjoy on our balcony! The 45 minute wait for the crepes was well worth it! We visited Bear Lake during our stay going to North Beach (about a 15 minute minute drive). You can park right on the sand, the water is turquoise, and very shallow! It is a great place for families! We enjoyed dinner in town at a Mexican restaurant (Cafe Sabor), and it was delicious! We sat outside on their patio and enjoyed the beautiful summer night while watching the busy town across the street with people getting ice cream and burgers. We had 3 adults and 3 kids, and fit comfortably. The beds were comfortable, but the pullout couch was a little springy. The night was warm, but it would have been nice to have a comforter for the pullout bed, in addition to the cotton blanket they gave us. It was lovely to have a washer and dryer to use! That was a bonus, and there was plenty of room in the breezeway nook for shoes and luggage. The towel racks in the bathroom were coming loose (I don't think they were in a stud). The only wish- filtered water! We had a blast!!
