Lakefront Rustic Cabin Retreat with Outdoor Shower

"This was such a quaint little place with such a beautiful view of the lake. The outdoor shower was so nice and invigorating to use! This was not a usual campground, the 4 or so spots are all along the lake and not in a giant campground! The drive to Charlevoix was very easy, I definitely recommend this cottage"

"My family of spent a week in Central Lake and we absolutely fell in love with Michigan. Our stay at the cottage was perfect. Kayaking on the lake was a highlight! The cottage had everything that we needed for a comfortable, fun stay! The town of Central Lake was so very quaint and Fudgees had the BEST fudge and ice cream!"

"This was one our best vacations! We wished we could have stayed longer, it was perfect! The cabin is on a quiet street and because it dead ends right at the water there is no traffic. This was an unexpected perk; no cars meant our small dog had nothing to barking at! The boats & kayakers on the canal kept him quietly occupied. The location is perfect and the small town of Central Lake has everything you need, groceries, small shops, restaurants, community events, great walking areas. The cabin is clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the outdoor BBQ was clean too! Both bedrooms are just the right size and the beds were comfortable. The owner has created a great place to stay and relax."

"We really enjoyed our time at Loon Lake Lodge. We also rented a boat for a few days and were able to tie it up to the dock. It was relaxing but we had plenty to do. Check in and out were easy too."
