"This home is relaxing, cozy, and wonderful. Family of four plus our dog and this was the perfect space for us. You also cannot beat the location - short drive to Boyne Mountain, Kiwidinok farms, and grocery store, etc. Rob and Desiree were incredibly welcoming and fantastic hosts. They offered several recommendations re places to go and things to see. We would love to stay again! "

"The condominum was just perfect for our visit to meet our daughter 's boyfriends family. There was ample parking, the condom was located right on Lake Charlevoix and being 1st floor you could walk right out to the water area.The interior was very clean, decorated nicely with a beach theme. The kitchen was well stocked, nice bathroom linens and the beds were comfortable. There is a very nice laundry room as well to keep your vacation clothes clean.The secondary bedroom has two twin beds, so if multiple adults are traveling together that may be an issue. Although you can easily push the two bed together.The building was very quiet with no noise disruptions from neighbors or adjoining units.I will/would rent this place again if we are traveling in the area. It is about the same price as multiple hotel rooms and gives a much better travel experience."

"Lovely property…perhaps a dedication to its preservation would be welcomed…not a big fan of the “NoMe” interaction, while the back door lock and door screen, unfortunately, was in need of repair. WD40 eased the skids on the door…finishing the painting of the outside would give it a finished look but all said, it was a lovely property. Grateful for a month of memories, smiles & joy! Thank you!!"
