"We only stayed here one night. It was very convenient to walk from the Vienna International Airport to this hotel after a very long flight overseas. The hotel is right next to public transportation and you could easily get a taxi to any location in Vienna. I did not have a chance to eat at the breakfast buffet. I took a taxi to Cafe Central, which was very convenient."

I originally chose it because I needed to be in walking distance to an apartment that I had inherited but little did I know I was gaining family by staying here. Emre, the owner picked me up at the airport and was so kind, from there it just kept getting better. I stayed there for two weeks while I took care of business. He helped me ship packages back to the US and was a friendly face every single day. This is a family run business and they go above and beyond every day. Extremely clean very safe neighborhood… The kind of place where at night the neighbors come over chat and have a cocktail. "Staff were extremely accommodating and kind, especially after a long day of travelling when we arrived, Marco the hotel receptionist made us feel extremely welcome and was very funny. Check in and out was especially easy. Rooms were really clean with a really comfy bed and smart TV. The location of the Hotel is a handy 20 minutes into the centre of Vienna. However, we booked the kitchenette room and did our own cooking one night . Everything you need is there although there is no bowl to eat from or a chopping board. Otherwise this stay was absolutely perfect and was far above our expectations of the place. The bar downstairs is good value and a nice atmosphere and there is nice coffee and tea for free in both the room and downstairs. Brilliant!"
