Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and staff always helpful and friendly. Hotel situated about a 10 minute walk to the tram station with a direct route to the centre. "The room is spacious and comfortable, big enough for a family of four. We appreciated having a kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The building also has an elevator, and there is a paid washing machine available in the basement, which is very convenient. The location is excellent—very close to the train station, making it easy to get around. However, the check-in process could definitely be improved. There is no reception at the property, and guests are supposed to receive a check-in link by email. Unfortunately, we did not receive this email. As a result, we had to wait outside in the cold while trying to contact them for instructions. After about 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby entrance, we finally received the check-in details, completed the online check-in, and were able to access our reserved room. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the check-in experience needs better coordination and communication."
