"Had a wonderful stay at The Royal Anne Hotel! Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was better than expected, which made traveling with kids much easier. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and the hotel offered great value for the price. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kelowna! 😊"

"The location is incredible. Right downtown next to the park, but does come with noise from the highway. Nothing fancy, but a good place to stay. I had pre-paid for 3 nights, checked out after 2, but of course due to 'policy' they wouldn't refund the 3rd night, so the place became very expensive for 2 nights.The hotel safe wasn't functional and they didn't get it fixed before I left."

"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"
