"Lovely pretty clean updated property with all necessary amenities! Property should list guests have access to 2 parking spaces which is a benefit and good know beforehand. Unfortunately, the self entry keypad lock was not working properly throughout our stay which made it difficult at times to come/go at our leisure. One day had to call and wait for unit entry which was a nuisance. We requested manual key after that. The glass door leading to outdoor area was shattered prior to our arrival. Although we were very glad door was being repaired for our use and safety we had to deal with people working there for the day. Also, great to see village takes great care of maintaining properties but without notice, we were woken few minutes prior to 8:00am by knocking on front door. We were asked to move our cars from our unit parking spots for the arborist who was performing tree trimming & trunk grinding services. It was early, noisy and nuisance and felt this should have been done during the off season. Although It was great to have access to the lovely Quechee Club it should be clear in listing that you have to pay guest entry fees to use pool, lake and all other amenities. All in all our stay was lovely- great location, comfortable condo on golf course with pretty views, and nice to have guest access to club amenities even if for a fee."

"We had a great summer stay here! The house was clean and the location was perfect. We had unclear check-in instructions and had to call to be let in. The messages coming from within the VRBO app, on email, and on text were confusing in the pre-arrival stages and it would be best if we could just message directly with folks and get a response quickly within the VRBO app. Because the property is also listed on a management site there was confusion on how to best communicate."

"This property was great for our family to enjoy Quechee. Pool and club amenities were not included with the rental which was a bit of a bummer but the lake/beach and playground was great for our little kids."

"This property is so amazing. We were there with my son and daughter in law and their kids. The community at the property were very dog and kid friendly. There was lots to do between walking the grounds and the lake and beach area. Plus the Quechee Gorge, Hot Air Balloon Festival and restaurants, walkable down town complete with water fall. All a stones throw away. And then being able to come back to the condo, cook something to eat, and relax. It really was an amazing weekend."

"Terrific property with plenty of space! Essentially, every floor has its own bedroom, bathroom, and living area(!).Excellent location close to a variety of amenities.The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions and provided ample information about the surrounding area.Perhaps the easiest check-in and check-out experience I’ve ever had in a rental property!Highly recommended!"
