"Rooms are old, property needs renovation...the most annoying part is the music by the pool that travels to the rooms...the base literally shaking the walls... there are people like me who enjoy calm and silence... food selection was nit much but the food definitely good."

"The room had ants that went up the table into my suitcase. The pictures on the website does not reflect the place. Very Very loud music at midnight all the way to the early hours of the morning. At breakfast we had to ask for croissant because they put one in the bread box . In general very disappointing and I would not recommend it . "

"Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"

"I have being there many times. This time i was suprice over the good food. It’s a very nice hotel for children. Our child 2 years love the pool and the disco for children🙂. I hope we can come back again next year. "

"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked to sousse center in 40 minutes, and then back. Lots of places to go. Oh and the hotel organises excursions and activities for you as well. And, if this wasn't enough, they will change your foreign currency at very good rate, and has an exchange service in-house. Great place to be! "

"The customer service was a complete joke. From day one, the staff were rude and didn’t know how to deal with customers at all. Most of the people at reception couldn’t even speak proper English, so communication was a mess. I asked for an iron three times and kept being told it would be brought to my room never happened. Then I was told I had to wait until housekeeping came in at 8 a.m. I waited, saw one of them, and when I tried to explain, she literally pulled the room key out of my hand, looked at the number, said she’d bring an iron and didn’t. I was fuming by that point and went straight to reception. Turns out, I was supposed to pay for the iron the whole time, but no one mentioned that. They handed me some form to fill out to pay. I asked to speak to management because the whole thing was ridiculous. The receptionist talked for half an hour but still didn’t resolve anything. In the end, I had to pay. To make it worse, the phone in the room wasn’t working, so I had to walk all the way down to reception every time. The room itself was dusty and dirty. Even though housekeeping came by, it didn’t make a difference it was never actually clean. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because I was travelling with my two kids, and they wanted to use the slide in the play area. Guess what? The slide was out of order the entire time. If you’re travelling with children and think you’ll have a fun, relaxing time here don’t bother. The staff are rude."
