"We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Velas Boutique. The hotel is very new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Our room was stunning, peaceful, spacious, and with incredible views. And the soundproofing was excellent! It made the entire stay feel private, quiet, and truly relaxing. The service here deserves more than five stars. Every staff member we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I’m not good at remembering names, but I am so grateful for how they made our trip feel effortless and special. I do want to highlight two people in particular: Alberto, our waiter at Azul (in the Grand Velas next door), literally made our day. I didn’t even notice that my piña colada had separated — but he did, and without me saying a word, he brought me a fresh one. He was extremely busy managing several tables, yet he still went out of his way to be thoughtful and attentive. This is real, heartfelt hospitality — not the scripted, surface-level kind. And the bellboy who helped us both during check-in and check-out — he was so cheerful, warm, and full of genuine kindness. People like Alberto and him are the reason this place feels so special. The food was fantastic, as expected from a Grand Velas property. We dined mainly at the restaurants within GVB, but we also visited Azul and the Michelin-starred Cocina de Autor next door. Cocina de Autor was outstanding, and our waiter Javier was charming and attentive. Perfect vacation. Will definitely return!"
