Great service
The staff was wonderful! We realized my wife left her phone at the hotel after coming home. Valerie P., the manager, worked with us to mail it back. Valerie was great and never made us feel like a nuisance, even though it was extra work for her. Thank you!

Returned again for another relaxing weekend. Clean, room smelled fresh, no odors, bed comfy. Fuji waters and Chocolate on pillows a nice touch. Bath products not a fan or woodzie scent. Pack your own. the Lite crowd, got us sat quickly even during time of live band playing which made for an enjoyable dinner, drinks and stay. Burgers and Chicken are awesome. Long Island and Apersol Mojito so yummy and with a generous pour

Fabulous from start to finish
The hotel was at an extremely convenient location. Was always greeted and made feel welcome. The room and hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Restaurant food was excellent for every meal! Will definitely be staying here again!

Being the 'off' season for LBI, there wasn't the normal crowd of people. The staff within the hotel couldn't have been nicer and move attentive to make sure we had what we needed and made our stay very comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend the Daddy O Hotel for a LBI stay

My room was awful - very little hot water, broken bathroom door, broken safe, flies and looked like a full size bed not a queen

Weekend at Daddy O’s
I had a fantastic stay at Daddy O's Hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. I was delighted to find that all my beach needs were provided, making my vacation truly relaxing. The restaurant and bar areas were exceptional, offering delicious food and a lively atmosphere. Very nice!
We stayed one night at Daddy O hotel. Our room was ready early to check in. We had really good salads out in the back courtyard/bar. Our king room was large, the bed super comfortable with extra pillows. There was a small bar area in our room and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel is very clean. At night we ate and had cocktails up on the rooftop- very nice! It’s a short walk to the beach. The hotel front desk hands you beach chairs, an umbrella, towels and the required beach tags. They also have cookies and infused water. The to-go breakfast is small bagels, muffins, bananas, apples, granola bars and coffee. All staff that we encountered were friendly. Would recommend a stay!

Staff was very kind and courteous . Nice availability to beach and beach chairs available. Room was small but fine , carpeting outside halls could use a good cleaning . while we were there they did have a carpet cleaner and looked like they did the stairs which was needed . The only weird thing was , we checked out and were still local and my husband realized he forgot some shirts in a drawer . He called and then drove there . The front desk girl said that the housekeeper manager said it was cleaned and nothing was in there . My husband proceed to say that I remember him putting them in the drawer . The girl went up and looked and lo and behold , my husbands shirts were in the drawer. What was that all about with housekeeping? Front desk personal was lovely . Just thought that was weird .

Good place to stay
This is our 4th visit. Althought, its been 3 years si ce the last one. Rates are higher after covid. We had a queen suite. Very clean. AC works well. Fridge in the tbe room, as well. The safe and the phone didnt work. We were told they needed to replace them. The mattress needs to be replaced, too soft from too much use. Maid service was good. The selft service breakfast is limited, but ok. Service in the restaurants is slow. Nice staff. But, it takes awhile to get a drink, etc. Food is very good. Front desk staff is excellent.

Overall, the stay was great! Great room, close to beach, 3 dining restaurants with decent menus & attentive staff. The flip side is the elevator(which you don’t have to use) is old and the bar scene closes at 9:30(a little early for beach).
