"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a couple of awkward taxi rides for us that wouldn't have been easy on a taxi app. The bar seemed to be open 24 hours which was useful. Security on the door were always at hand when needed. The only small issue was a couple of dead Cockroaches in the room but you do have to remember that this is Togo and bugs are always going to be not too far away. I would stay here again if visiting Lome."

"The worse vacation experience I have ever encountered. The Manager was incredibly rude. The staff was extremely unprofessional. Asking for any assistance like taxi service, billing inquiries, room upgrades, etc was a challenge. The property has not been maintained properly. Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Located on a beautiful beach. Very disappointing how it is being managed. "

"A really cute place with water views. Very friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. I had to leave my passport at the main visa office in Lome, but the hotel still let me check in with just a copy of my passport, which I was very grateful for! The room was basic, but had great A/C. Not-so-hot water and a dimly-lit bathroom, but that wasn't a big deal. Somewhat limited wifi. A nice experience overall!"

"Hôtel géré par un personnel gentil mais qui n'a aucune connaissance de l’hôtellerie et n'a aucun sens de l'accueil des clients. L'hôtel met en avant beaucoup d'engagements écrits, mais ne sait en tenir aucun. L'établissement manque cruellement d'entretien et de maintenance et parait totalement à l’abandon. C'est vraiment très cher pour ce que c'est surtout dans une ville comme Lomé. C'est bien dommage, car il pourrait faire un bel hôtel !!"
