Located between Sens and Montargis, this little chalet welcomes you to the private estate of Les Etangs de Béon, surrounded by forest and featuring 5 ponds in Bazoches-sur-le-Betz. 1.5 hours from Paris via the Porte de Bercy. Closest train station: SENS.
Adults only, as there are no railings on the terrace and the mezzanine does not meet child safety standards.
Ideal for a weekend in the countryside; tennis courts and pétanque available. Fishing permitted; no permit required. Stocked in 2021. Bring your own gear

- 2 small attic bedrooms upstairs with 2 140 cm beds.
- A 120 cm sofa bed in the living room.
- CLEANING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Fiber-optic Wi-Fi
- Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels.
- 4 duvets available for queen-size beds, as well as plenty of pillows.
- Pets allowed (except cats)
- Gas stove. Wood-burning stove for heating.
- NO CHILDREN due to a dangerous mezzanine and a terrace without a railing.
- Bathroom walls (currently being stripped) but new shower stall, toilet, and sink.

Otherwise, the bathroom is fully functional.
