Beautiful old 4 bedroom family house in peaceful and tranquil location
- Old family house in a quiet, rural setting.
Set in over 2 acres of beautiful gardens including a small orchard.
The house has 4 bedrooms - 3 full sized double beds and 1 single bed.
There is a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, downstairs shower room and toilet, upstairs bathroom with shower.
Equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
Garden has a BBQ and table/chairs.
5 minutes from Putanges Pont Écrepin and Lac de Rabodanges with water sports, cycling etc.
15 minutes from Falaise, the birthplace of William the Conqueror.
