"We were there for the annual Opera Festival. Many of the guests were there for the festival also. The hotel arranged bus transportation (for a small fee) for everyone, and each night had a champaign get together before departing. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful in every way. The room only had 2 twin beds, so that was the only negative."

Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. "The room was so clean and comfortable! It was warm but the front desk allowed us to borrow fans. It was very spacious. Breakfast was a really great spread. The hotel is very close to town, no more than a 15 minute walk. The only problem I had was I had to have cash to get water and didn’t bring any so I had to run to the store to get water with my card. But other than that it was perfect. It was very accommodating for our dog as well!"

"Traveling around Germany by car and wanted a place with safe parking in safe area. This was perfect. Apartment 1 was perfect for three adults to spread out and enjoy. Unfortunately didn’t have time for pool or sauna but everything was clean and never needed to contact management for a problem. Courtyard area would make this hotel perfect for family with children as the area was enclosed and room for little ones to run around Will stay here again when visiting friends in Kulmbach"
