"This was a great place to stay. Perfect for what we needed. My only complaint would be the beds. The main bedroom mattress has a dip in the middle & the 2 smaller bed mattresses are hard. "

"Just an average place. There was typical Oklahoma thunderstorm during our stay and half of the building loss power. If the room had power, the bathroom didn’t. If the bathroom had power, the room didn’t (no air conditioning). The hotel was indifferent about the experience because it’s “weather related”. The price charged for 3 star average hotel is crazy in this area. Would recommend going a few minutes further out to a better hotel for less money. "

"Staff was wonderful. No water pressure and there was a lot of garbage outside as well as homeless family staying in there cars in the parking lot. "

"This is a very nice sized house and had plenty of space for our group of 5. It was close to many things. The kitchen had a number of small appliances available for use. It could have been cleaner and there was quite a bit of left over food from previous guests that was still in the refrigerator and pantry that had expired as far back as Oct 2025. Communication with the owner was a bit frustrating. The check in message said for immediate assistance to send a message through Vrbo. We needed to get a hold of them quickly due to a leak from the upstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling downstairs. I sent a message but didn’t hear back so I had to call VRBO so they could get a hold of the owners. "

"We acknowledged a service dog on the reservation and went through info upon arrival and then were asked to leave because you cannot leave your service animal in the room unattended. Very unprofessional and uncaring "
