"Especially for the price, this was an excellent stay. Sleep was a bit of a challenge for two people. The bunk beds weren't comfortable, so for one of the sleepers it was hard to to get good sleep. Everything else was great, especially the help from the host."

Super enjoyable and relaxing private stay, hot tub was clean ready and hot, entire home was very clean and tidy, plenty of towels and toiletries readily available, lovely bathrooms with bidets and stay-hot showers. relaxed and friendly neighborhood, roomy driveway, and perfectly lovely and accommodating host. If I’m ever back in town, I would love to stay here again! 10 out of 10 great stay"

"This home was beautiful, clean, and very accommodating to our little yorkie. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Eddie was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The only down side was that although the pool area was beautiful we were unable to enjoy it because they do not offer heat. The winter months in Florida require the pool to be heated in order to swim comfortably. Also, the 2 bathrooms which are very clean and beautiful offer wall mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but both body wash dispensers were empty. All in all this was a fantastic home and I hope to stay here quite often when visiting my Mom in her new home in Spring Hill. "

Owner and manager were very easy to communicate with and on top of things when we needed them. Really hope this house is available next time we will be in the area."
