Beautiful Home With Heated Pool In A Nice Neighborhood

Relax and enjoy our wonderful Vacation Pool Home conveniently located on Florida's Gulf Coast with many restaurants, stores, and amenities, only a few minutes away.

Our 2400+ sq. ft. home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The master bedroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The master bedroom overlooks the pool area via double sliding glass doors. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms include a queen-size bed with a matching dresser and spacious walk-in closet. This home sleeps six (6) comfortably.

Our home also features a large spacious main living room, a second living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that overlooks the private pool. The main living room overlooks the pool area via triple sliding glass doors. While lounging on the lanai by the heated pool, you will find sun loungers, a seating area for eating, and a gas grill for your comfort and convenience.

Our Florida's Gulf Coast Region, also known as the Nature Coast features many local attractions a short drive away. Just to name a few are Weeki Wachee Springs (home of the Mermaids), Buccaneer Bay Water Park, Manatees at Homosassa Springs, and Pine Island Beach, all within approximately 10-15 minutes where you are sure to capture a wonderful sunset or a great day at the beach.

If you would like to venture further from Spring Hill you may be interested in attractions such as Disney World or Universal Studios in Orlando, Busch Gardens in Tampa, the beautiful white sands at Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and the famous Sam’s Hudson Beach Restaurant. Sam's is a fantastic location for watching a beautiful sunset set to live music and good food. Sam's has been an icon since the 1980s.

Overall this property was a perfect choice. Listing is as indicated. Contact and response from owner and property manager was amazing. The only suggestion we might offer is to have some table linens available. Pool was beautiful!! All in all this was an excellent experience

Great neighborhood. Beautiful yard. Perfect pool. Everything we needed to have full meals. Loved the layout for having a family of five. We were all able to move around comfortably. I would absolutely stay again.

We really like this property. It is clean and spacious and has everything we need for our family of 5. We love the pool and the patio and we have plenty of space to spread out when we need to. The host is very good and responsive to requests.

It looked just like what you see online 🙂 A lovely home. The pool was wonderful (crystal clear). We'd love to go back. It's close to everything you'd need, yet in a beautiful development. We're very happy we chose Patrick's home for our visit.🤗🤗🤗

Spacious comfy pool home

Beautiful pool, lanai, and big private backyard. Nice big home with comfy beds, pillows, and comforters. Wonderful appliances, fully stocked kitchen. Living room with large reclining sectional is super comfy. Nice neighborhood convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The house needs updating as shown in pics, but it didn't bother us one bit. Unfortunately, you don’t have access to the garage which makes unloading luggage and groceries a little inconvenient and hot.

Nice place with good location, but needs updating.

We were overall pleased with this house. Nice heated pool, and good, safe location. The home is large, clean, and in good shape. Our only issues was with the number of items that were not working and needed to be replaced. The microwave, the dishwasher and the washing machine were non-functioning. The ice maker, the electric kettle and every clock in the house were not working. The guest tub had large rust spots. When we contacted the property manager and the owner, we were told that they would be replaced AFTER our visit. This will be a good rental property once they make some updates/repairs.Overall, we were looking for a house in which to enjoy Sunny Florida, and this fit the bill. I just had to do more chores by hand then I wanted to.

Clean property

The property was very clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. It was advertised as a “ heated” pool. My idea of a heated pool is warmer water than if there was no heater. There was a solar cover over the pool. I would not classify this as heated. Maybe revise the description. Also, I thought there would be an extra roll of toilet paper and an extra roll of paper towel. Maybe I was expecting too much? Anyway, I would recommend this property and I would stay again. The area has shopping and restaurants. We felt comfortable. The owner was very nice and answered quickly. Thank you.

Christmas with the kids

Our daughter and son-in-law live in Spring Hill about 2 miles away from this property. This was our year to visit them for Christmas. This beautiful property was the perfect location for our visit. It is located close enough for day trips to see manatees and the ocean. We had a lovely walk in the Weekiwachee Nature Preserve. The heated pool was amazing for us Michiganders enjoying the Florida winter. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. We had one small glitch in the beginning that the property manager was able to assist with very promptly. He even dropped by to show us exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again if it's available.

Nice villa but needs TLC

This is a nice property but showing age in places and needs some TLC Some white goods need replacing. The villa is large and the pool is of good standard and not overlooked. We found several essential items missing including hairdryer, ironing board, pool towels, clothes airer. More china and glassware are needed. We found that a sheet in one bedroom had a large tear in it. After the first week we changed the sheets in the master bedroom to find that there were bad stains on the mattress protector and mattress. A cleaner was called and she promised to return with a new mattress protector and to clean the mattress. We expected that she would return immediately but it took her 24 hours to return. We had difficulty contacting the owner for the first few days and we thought he was ignoring us but he had covid. We went out and bought pool towels, sheets to replace the ripped one and an ironing board as the local guy said he had never seen an ironing board in the property. When the owner recovered he arranged for a new ironing board cover for the board which was locked in the garage which we did not have access to. The cleaning company eventually replaced the torn sheet so we had to return the items we had bought. The local guy did not know the phone number of the cleaning company. On our return from dinner on the last night we saw a large cockroach on the kitchen worktop. We found all these difficulties very stressful

We had the perfect stay. House was very clean and accommodating. Very comfortable and felt like home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Pool was great. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Owner and manager were very easy to communicate with and on top of things when we needed them. Really hope this house is available next time we will be in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. Came to the area to visit my mom. The house was well appointed, very clean, and the pool was great. There were pool floats to use and plenty of chairs to sit on. Check in and out were easy, the wi-fi worked great, plenty of room. There was a lot of space. It was perfect for us.

Great location and Property

Very nice, clean and maintained house

We had a nice time staying at this house while we visited my parents who live in town. It was perfect for our needs. The property was well maintained, clean and well stocked for our everyday needs. The pool was great too! We would definitely stay here again.
