We loved our stay here. Check in and check out was very easy. The apartment was clean, lovely, and we'll stocked. There were extra little touches like makeup pads, cotton swabs, and card games. The bed was very comfortable..Karine checked on us daily to make see if we needed anything. We're disappointed we didn't get to meet her in person but that's on us. We were in and out often and though she tried to come and say hello we unfortunately weren't there. The location was great. Though it's on a busy street , it's set back so we never heard any street noise. Restaurants and shops are all close by and it's within walking distance of places to explore. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Bayeux.

Comfort and convenience.

All amenities you could want are provided to high standard.Close to shops and restaurants, short walk to tour pickup area, Museums and historic attractions. Host is super helpful, arranged taxis, responded promptly to my inquiries. The total stay here was very good and we loved the township. So picturesque!What a beautiful town

This property was ideal for our needs! Karine took excellent care of us above and beyond the expected. There is food and shopping right on the street we were at. The area is wonderful. My only thought for others would be that there are some small steps that could hinder those with mobility issues. We had no problem.

Excellent!

Karine offered to pick us up and drive us from the train station. She is lovely! We messed up it reservation, and she was great about it! The apartment is cute, cozy, clean, right in the center of town, steps from the main plaza, the tapestry museum (which is moving) and the cathedral. I can’t say enough how great! The shower s me nicely hot, and strong! (Sometimes that’s a problem in Europe. Would stay here again!

So Wonderful

Such a great place to stay. The charming flat was close to all of Bayeux attractions. Bayeux Notre Dame Church and the Tapestry. So easy to book through VRBO. Messages were exvchanged often between the property owner and myself. Flat had a lovely courtyard and was brightand cheerful. Exceptionally clean Prior to our arrival to the property i took a really bad fall in Honfleur while in the shower. I was having much pain. We arrived in Bayeux at the flat later the day after the fall. After this trip i was in real pain. We were out looking for a place for dinner when behind us someone was calling us. The owner had gone to the pharmacy and found us while in line to eat. She was holding medications for me that were used in France for pain I offered to pay her but she refused any money. I ended up in bed for 2 days and she checked daily to see how i was. I cannot say enough about the kindness we were shown. Oh yes , the flat was lovely. Very comfortable and clean. You could tell it was well loved. The bed was very good. We slept great. A large fluffy comforter to snuggle under and 4 large pillows. I would ask for the flat again if I am fortunate to ever return.MerciRegina Callear

The apartment was spacious with plenty of room, and the location was fantastic. Even though it was above a restaurant, noise was never an issue. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. We stayed during a heat wave, and while the host mentioned air conditioning, there was only one unit and it struggled. Fortunately, there were 4–5 fans provided and plenty of windows that could be opened for airflow. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable, but taller guests should be aware that the ceilings are quite low in some areas. The patio was a great bonus, fully equipped and a wonderful place to relax. The coffee maker was broken during our stay, but I notified the host and hope it has been replaced for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Very disappointed!!!

We were very disappointed. Minimal communication iwith the host. The studio was fine, but no amenities. In particular, no WIFI. The camel that broke the camels back was the shower came out only very hot and could not adjust. After one night, I decided to forfeit the rent I pre-paid and found other housing. We are in France for a short period of time, coming from the United States, and didn't have the band with to deal with problems.

Excellent séjour à Bayeux ! Logement très agréable, calme, propre et idéalement situé en centre-ville. Cour intérieure très pratique pour nos vélos. Merci à Karine et Laurent pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils. Une belle découverte de Bayeux et des plages du Débarquement. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !
