In a 19th century town house, apartment renovated in a modern style: on the ground floor living room (TV, WiFi access), fitted and fully equipped kitchen (MO, LV, combi-congél, LL), complete crockery for 6 people , bathroom with WC. On the 1st floor, 2 very quiet bedrooms on the garden side (1 = 140 cm bed, 1 = 2 bunk beds). Sheets, towels and house provided. Beds made on arrival. Baby equipment on request.
At your disposal: classic coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, electric kettle, blender, hairdryer. Possibility of extra sleeping (convertible sofa)

Our take away from this stay was "If you go to France, don't go to Paris, go to Bayeux". If you follow this advice, this is the perfect base. A less than 5 minute walk to the main street with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and the pickup point for all your excursions. Comfortable and like brand new furnishings & appliances. While the weather limited our use of the courtyard it was the perfect respite on the days we were able to enjoy it. I can't imagine doing better than this in Bayeux!

Great location

Wonderful property and location. Walkable to many of the sites, restaurants, and grocery store. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The laundry was a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay in Bayeux and would stay at the property again!

Perfect spot to view Normandy

Perfect spot next to the center of Bayeux

Nice flat, the bedrooms are heading into the backyard, thus its very quiet to sleep. Bakeries and shopping mart only a few 100m away

Perfect location

Natalie furnished the apartment with everything you would need to stay comfortably. It was decorated very cute. The location was great, just one block from downtown. It was a very quiet side street. We had to park a block away, but that was not a problem. The only negative was the bathroom was downstairs and at night the staircase was very narrow to navigate down to use.

Beautiful property, perfect location

We had a wonderful time in BAYEUX. The location couldn’t be better for shops, restaurants, and meeting tours. The apartment was immaculate and the perfect size for a family of 4. Back garden/patio ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or Normandy’s cider.

Great Location and Private Garden

We enjoyed our six-night stay very much. The ground floor of the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Having a washing machine and laundry rack was convenient, and we made several meals in the handy kitchen.Nathalie accommodated our late evening arrival very graciously and also clued us into a free museum night that we would have missed on our own.The walled garden is delightful! We will be back.

Communication: 5/5 Excellent communication.Lots of written material to help you navigate the area for things to do.Location: 5/5 (although the street in front is busy, the bedrooms are up and at the back so the street noise was not an issue for sleeping). Several shops and restaurants steps away. Cleanliness: 5/5 - spotless and well appointedAccommodation: 5/5 beds were comfortable. We were aware of the stairs and steps in pictures, however be mindful if you have mobility issues as they are narrow and steep. The little spot out back looked cute and cozy however we did not use it as we were rarely there other than to sleep. Natalie was an awesome host and we highly recommend her flat.

Gorgeous gite in a perfect location.

This apartment is perfect. It was spotlessly clean, the beds and bedding were high end and the location couldn't be better. There's a beautiful coutyard for eating outside. I would highly recommend it!

Comfortable Apartment and Great Location

This was a great apartment, very comfortable for the two of us, with well equipped kitchen and good appliances, also a very comfortable bed. Best of all is the private courtyard for a glass of wine at the end if the day. Nathalie, our host, lives next-door. She met us when we arrived and answered our questions. She was easily available if needed but gave us total privacy. This is a great location too, near all the sights and cafes. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean townhome property with 2 bedrooms; 1 with bunk beds and 1 with a queen bed, along with a pull out couch bed. Nice kitchen with everything needed. Very close to Bayeux main shopping/dining street. Super clean property. Love that there is a key lock box which made checking in easy. Owner Nathalie very lovely to deal with. Many thanks!

Perfect location property

What a perfect location for visiting charming Bayeaux! This beautifully appointed property had lovely details throughout. Our host left us a few delightful treats to help us settle in. Our only suggestion is that the listing clarify that bedrooms are on second floor and bathroom on first floor (or floor one, and zero European standards.) with certain mobility problems might find that difficult . But I repeat that the location made it so easy for us to walk to fabulous restaurants and all of the sights.

Stay in Bayeux

We loved our stay in Natalie's place. It is a short walk to the bakery and every morning we had fresh croissants and baguettes. The stairs are very steep but that was fine - it worked well for two adults and two "kids" (one a grown up kid). Great kitchen with lots of space, and Natalie kindly left some treats for us when we arrived. We also appreciated the early check in. It's about a 15 minute walk from the station, fairly flat. Close to everything including the main street of Bayeux and the tapestry museum. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in Bayeux

This was exactly what I hoped for in a vrbo in a foreign country. Personal touches by the owners/host were so appreciated. A specialty coffee maker, treat basket, juice, water, and cider. The host was very prompt in answering any questions and offer suggestions. I was impressed also by all the tourist material available. Minutes from anything you could possibly need including shopping, food, and site seeing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I loved the town and our little piece of it for 4 nights.
