"Our stay was amazing with such a beautiful view of the Gulf. I'm pretty sure all the rooms face the water which I'm sure is nice for all guest. Throughout the day you can see dolphins swimming close to shore. You can also tell that the staff really put in the effort to not only have our rooms cleaned but the outside areas by the pool as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Perfect location. Great receptionist. Very easy to check-in. Room was okay. Old furniture w shaky dinning chairs. Bathroom was old and curtains had mold. Overall, it could’ve been a little more cleaner w updated furnitures but we enjoyed the stay. View was great. "

"This place is the perfect spot for family and friends to gather at the beach. The location is fantastic. While not directly on the beach, it's a stones throw away. John's Pass is also less than a ten minute walk. The rooms were great as each one had a kitchenette making storing food and cooking for a long holiday weekend much easier (so much more than a standard hotel mini fridge). Each unit (with the exception of the studio unit) has a bedroom too which is a very nice feature. The outdoor area is awesome between the pool and seating. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our host was also great as they checked in with our group daily. One thing to keep in mind when making travel arrangements is parking. There are only six designated spaces. For a property that sleeps 24 people, it is difficult to make six spaces work. While there is public parking nearby, it is not free. Unfortunately, I was told there was free street parking but in fact it was close to 100/day. This was a minor detail that left a major dent in our wallet. Plan ahead and carpool. Overall, the property is awesome and checks all of the boxes. 10/10 would recommend but make sure to carpool! "
