"They (the hotel) five days after checking out have not applied my credit on my room of over $300.00. It was showing on Saturday; but, now is not showing on my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. I left three days early do to having the flu and the $300 for those unused days has not been applied to my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. The hotel is improving but they need to keep original processes in place until the new is proven and the staff knows how to work it. Example: 8 of my 13 day stay had no coffee due changing to a coffee machine that did not work and the staff were not training its operation or troubleshooting. This also had seven of 13 days with no hot water for breakfast oatmeal. "

"The hotel was great. Unfortunately, a group of hockey families were also staying with young children around 6-8 and their parents let them run amok. They let their kids run the halls, played with the elevators, and played hockey in the hallways. The parents actually set up nets! The hotel staff did the best they could. Thankfully, things were quiet by 11:00 pm. Iwould highly recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay"
