Bom ,porem teve esse inconveniente

Foi tudo perfeito atendimento impecavel, porem o hotel não é igual a outros hoteis do brasil durante o dia nao pode receber visitas cobra uma taxa de 50 reais,sendo assim infelismente da proxima vez irei procurar outro hotel que seja igual maioria dos hoteis do brasil.

Boa recepção, mas precisa de melhorias.

O atendimento foi muito cordial e o café da manhã, embora simples, estava bem gostoso. Porém, alguns pontos precisam de melhorias para que a experiência seja mais satisfatória e nos motive a retornar. Os lençóis estavam rasgados e as toalhas tinham furos, o que compromete o conforto. O banheiro também necessita de mais atenção: a água vaza para fora do box, a pia é antiga, com manchas, e o acabamento dos rejuntes passa uma sensação de falta de manutenção. Com ajustes simples na estrutura e mais cuidado com os detalhes, a hospedagem tem potencial para ser muito melhor.

O atendimento dos recepcionistas foi impecável, nada a reclamar. Fiquei em um quarto quádruplo com minha família, as camas eram confortáveis e o quarto silencioso, ar condicionado gelando bem. O banheiro cheirava a mofo e não estava bem limpo, tinha cabelo na parede do box. Depois de ter feito o check-in, sai para ir ao shopping que fica bem perto do hotel, quando retornei tinha uma baratinha em cima da cama e uma outra andando no chão, só não troquei de quarto pois estava com idosos que já estavam instalados e não quiseram mudar. A disposição de tomadas no quarto também não é muito boa, ainda mais para 4 pessoas.
