Surrounded by green hills, the Gîte Maison Roy, on the second and last floor, enjoys a 180° panorama of the surrounding nature.

Furnished and decorated with style, it is bright and renovated. It accommodates 2 to 4 people, thanks to a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sleeping area in the living room (bunk bed 90x190).

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, multifunction food processor, juice extractor, large fridge + built-in freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, complete kitchen set and crockery, all the utensils you need to make good dishes, including pastries and many accessories. We have added a raclette set as well as a fondue set for winter evenings.

The living room offers, among other things, 1 sofa, 1 armchair, internet access, 1 TV with 35 channels. The coffee table contains everything you need to prepare aperitifs.

The bathroom has 1 double sink unit, 1 heated towel rail, 1 rain shower, a washing machine with drying rack. The toilets are separate.

Autonomous check-in and check-out thanks to a key box with code, allowing greater freedom.

Access to the garden with many fruit trees (not fenced), juxtaposed with the garage, relaxation area with table and chairs. A barbecue and its accessories is provided in the garage, as well as a wicker picnic basket to go for a walk with 4 people.

The apartment is totally suitable for short stays as well as long stays.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Pets are allowed.


Activities on site: at the foot of the many marked hiking trails, trail running, climbing, visits to the historic centre, mountain biking, cycling along the EuroVelo6, Rosalies rental, Baume-les-Dames swimming pool (June: weekend afternoons, July-August: every day), market (Saturday morning in July and August)...
