When we talked to the manager, he says all the apartments are full you get this only

This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help.

No proper mugs for coffee/tea, no proper supply of coffee and sugar sachets, no spoons, no microwave .. pretty much very bad compared australian supplies for rooms for two people staying for 3 days. Very disappointing! The room was very clean though and the location was good.

Otel daha önce de konakladığım ve memnun kaldığım bir otel. Resepsiyon ve müdürleri çok ilgili. Ancak zemin temizliği, lavabolar, tezgah üstleri toz ve saç doluydu. Çok geç otele giriş yaptığım için zemini otel havlusu ile kendim paspasladım, öyle uyuyabildim.

Maintenance is awfull
We stayed at the deluxe appartment , it was in a very bad condition.there were leakings and broken things, we were locked outside for several hours until someone came to fix the door lock , maintenance is awfull , they don't clean your room unless you call in the morning to request it. The only one good thing about our stay was the service we got from ARCHIL PAKSADZE who is the best receptionist there that speaks very good english and tried his best to help us, even came himself to fix our washing machine .thank you Archil !!!!
