Excellent staff and short walk to the beach, very reasonable priced food

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

This resort is definitely a hidden gem! Beautiful surroundings, a quiet environment, and amazing service. The breakfast and meals were fresh and delicious, and the staff always made sure we felt welcomed and cared for. The beach area is perfect for relaxing and not crowded at all. Thank you Kuara Lombok for an amazing experience, we can’t wait to visit again soon!
