Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Not a pleasant stay

Booked for 2 beds. But in the end. Hotel said need to pay extra 100000 for 2 beds. Which is almost one room charge. Aircon off in the middle of the night. Receptionist not able to fix it. There is two holes in the wall which is part of the design. Noise came in and aircon just leak out thru the holes. Very thin and small blanket.
