"The price is fair, the rooms are clean, and though the included breakfast is monotonous, since it has never changed since I first started staying there, it is still a thing. I wish their heating/AC wasn't so loud that it wakes you up when you're asleep."

"The house is small but totally adequate for our purpose to give us space to visit when not doing the rodeo stuff. We appreciated the washer & dryer and the kitchen especially. The street is quiet but yet close to everything we needed. Not being from the area, we found some sort of bug crawling on the floors and walls - not a huge issue but just wondered about it? Maybe the host could give some info on this."
