"Small room and dated decor, but friendly and helpful staff"

"Fantastic stay. Lovely room. Free parking and £10 for our dog to stay ( 2 night stay) food was lovely and we could take our dog with us. The staff were fab made a fuss over our dog and nothing was too much trouble for us or her. Opposite, there is a field that you can take your dog for a walk. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back. "

"Jack was lovely who works there, couldn't be more helpful, if anything he should be higher up. Hotel was okay, a few hickups. Evening manager wasn't overly helpful. But Jack turned up to help without even fully starting his shift. "

Hotel owners are amazing people Staff were all helpful and pleasant.THE food was fantastic value would definitely tell everyone to eat in,hotel was a bit dated but to say it was built in the 17th century it's in good order.
